University of Rostock and Kiel present first colloquium of the “Networked Matter” research initiative

As part of the research initiative “Networked Matter”, a cooperation between the Universities of Rostock and Kiel, the first joint colloquium..

...will take place on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, from 12:00 to 13:00. This online event will be held via Zoom and is open to members of the LL&M department and interested colleagues.
We are pleased to welcome Dr.-Ing. Irem Ünalan from the Institute of Biomaterials at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg as guest speaker. Dr.-Ing. Ünalan, a leading expert in the field of biomaterials, will give her lecture on “Recent Advances and Future Prospects of Essential Oils in Biomedical Applications”. She will present innovative approaches in the production of biomaterials that have potential applications in wound healing and bone regeneration.
The colloquium offers an excellent opportunity for scientific exchange and discussion on the latest research findings and their applications. We expect a stimulating discussion and look forward to exchanging ideas with all participants.
