The conference on Digital History & Citizen Science and the celebration of 35 Years of CompGen will take place from September 19 to 22, 2024, in Halle.

The conference "Digital History & Citizen Science" and the "Celebration of 35 Years of CompGen" is a joint event organized by the AG Digitale Geschichtswissenschaft of the Verband der Historiker und Historikerinnen Deutschlands, the Verein für Computergenealogie, NFDI4Memory, Archion, and ICARUS e.V., as well as the Historical Commission of Saxony-Anhalt, the Institute for Regional History (Saxony-Anhalt), and the Regional Heritage Association of Saxony-Anhalt. The event will feature presentations, workshops, and panel discussions.
